Mr. Ian Compton, 35, is the President of Plentysmart.com. He was born in New Jersey, but was raised in Connecticut. In 2004, he made the move from Connecticut to New York City and currently resides in Park Slope, Brooklyn.

An eight-year computer networking professional, he has administered computer networks at the State of Connecticut and with a variety of consulting firms,including most recently a consulting firm in New York.

In the summer of 2005, Mr. Compton launched Plentysmart.com. He is solely responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the site, including graphic design, web and database coding, and the creation of quiz content. In addition, he assumes the roles of Marketing and Public Relations. When he is not updating and creating content for the site, in addition to his computer consulting role, Mr. Compton can be found playing one of his three guitars, walking and exploring all that New York City has to offer, or reading one of the many non-fiction books that he enjoys.
